An entry point for people who want to get to know EnergoInformatics, practise regularly and strengthen their perception step by step.
EnergoInformatics sees energy as an experiential field of sensation, movement and information. The focus is on simple exercises that strengthen perception, make energy flows more conscious and build inner stability.
You learn not only to form mental images, but to consciously perceive the corresponding sensations: pressure, warmth, movement, space, radiance and inner order.
An energy field becomes an energy flow. Step by step you develop a feeling for how movement can be experienced in and around the body.
The exercises serve self-experience, collection and inner stability. They do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
The workshops build individual abilities. The intensive seminar connects these building blocks with the main energy streams to form the EnergoInfoFirewall.
