Workshops

Practical building blocks

The workshops make individual abilities tangible. Each workshop stands on its own, and together they form a clear preparation for the EnergoInfoFirewall intensive seminar.

Learn to build an Energy Sphere
Workshop 1 · Entry

Learn to build an Energy Sphere

The Energy Sphere is the entry point into practical perception of energy as a field. You learn to build a tangible energy field between your hands, shape it and stabilise it with your attention.

  • Feel an energy field in your hands
  • Perceive resistance, warmth, pressure and volume
  • Expand, condense and calm the sphere
  • First applications for self-perception and inner collection

Workshop 2 · Building up

Learn to guide Energy Flow

After the energy field comes movement. You learn to generate and feel energy flow and to perceive it more consciously through arms, hands and body.

  • Experience energy flow as movement
  • Feel upward and downward streams more consciously
  • Gently guide the main energy streams
  • Develop more inner order, calm and clarity

How the workshops fit the intensive seminar

The workshops give you confidence in the individual tools. In the intensive seminar these tools are brought together: Energy Sphere, Energy Flow, etheric body perception and main energy streams form the basis for the EnergoInfoFirewall.
