Withdrawal Notice
There is generally no statutory withdrawal right for date-specific leisure events. A precautionary notice for other cases follows below.
1. Date-specific leisure events
Under section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code, no statutory withdrawal right exists for services connected with leisure activities where a specific date or period is agreed. This generally applies to the specifically dated workshops and seminars offered here, insofar as they legally qualify as leisure activities.
The contractual cancellation policy remains available.
2. If the exception does not apply
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies in an individual case, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion of the contract without giving reasons. 3. Effects
Payments received are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, generally using the same payment method. If performance was expressly requested during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be payable where the statutory conditions are met. The right may expire early after full performance under the statutory requirements.

5. Cancellation distinction
Contractual cancellation can remain possible even if the statutory withdrawal right is excluded or expired.
